ABOUT TERANCE MANN

Terance Mann was born in Brooklyn, New York and relocated to Lowell, Massachusetts when he was 10 years old. His parents hail from Saint Lucia. Mann’s mother, Daynia La-Force, has an impressive coaching career of 26 years, including a two-year stint in the WNBA coaching women’s basketball.

With his skills and achievements, Mann garnered attention as a four-star recruit and eventually signed with Florida State. In the 2019 NBA draft, Mann was chosen as the 48th pick by the Los Angeles Clippers. He made his NBA debut on October 24, 2019.

In addition to his achievements on the court, Mann is also actively involved in charitable and philanthropic endeavors through the Terance Mann Complete Player Foundation. The foundation’s mission is to support and encourage student athletes to become complete players, excelling not only in basketball but also in academics.

Through the Complete Player Foundation, Mann aims to provide similar athletic and academic opportunities to student athletes of color, helping them become well-rounded individuals both on and off the court.
